Just upgraded from my 01 GT to a 03 Shadow Grey Mach 1. The car is in great shape except for some baked on wax that the previous owner left for me on the hood stripe.
Anyone know the best way to get this off? Thanks.

buying a new stripe should get it off! A little elbow grease with a cleaner wax may work though. Congrats on the Mach and welcome to the family. I think gray is an awesome color on Machs because it color matches the wheel inserts. Put some pics in the "Pics of your Machs" sticky if you have any.
Tune, pulleys, and (probably) the JLT Ram Air kit are the first things on the list.
I'm still getting used to how much quicker the Mach is over my GT.
Tune her last, after you've made the changes. JLT is a great intake, just needs the tune to really feel results. Some have said pulleys are a no-no and they it's little gain for the loot. Just get good ones if ya get em. An o/r midpipe where it's at for the money. Have fun with her.
I heard pulleys are not worth it for our cars, risking an engine just for a few hp?! I wouldn't do it if I were you, just to be safe. There are other things you can get that will get more power out of our machs. O congrats on the mach 1
