"Trac Off" button confusion

OMG! Thanks, I'm sure you just planted the seed for some knucklehead, low life lawyer to try to use that in court!

I guess you should also make sure you never turn off that rear camera gizmo, if you have one, just in case you do accidentally run over the neighbors baby backing out of your driveway!!

I suspect not. Someone would have to be able to prove that the Traction Control would have prevented the accident. I think that would be very difficult to prove.
