Default Searching Northern VA

I'm only 20, but recently decided to buy my dream car, 2004 mineral gray mustang mach1 40th anniversary edition. I love everything about the car and have zero complaints, but, in the next few months I'm deploying to Afghanistan and when I get back I will have plenty of bank to dump into my baby. Here is where my question comes up. I'm looking for a business in the Nova area that specializes in customizing mustangs. No exterior work, strictly under the hood, etc. I was at a gas station not too long ago and I was approached by a man driving a nice 5.0. He handed me his business card for this place and told me that when I was ready to do work on it to get a hold of him because his place is all about mustang tuning. I have since then lost his card, so my hope is that someone who reads this may be from my area and know the place I'm talking about.

I am not able to help you on this kind of a situation, but if you haven't tried yet you can check mach1registry.com or you can try svtperformance.com. I am sure those guys will help you find what you are looking for.

AND I hope the best of luck for you to return home safely.

Two big name shops are within a reasonable distance for you.

Excessive Motorsport in Manassas: http://excmotorsport.com/company.htm
Springfield Motorsportin Springfield: http://www.springfieldmotorsport.com/

here's a helpful thread. Seems some prefer one or the other. You know how that goes.

I'm sure there are other shops as well, just do your research, maybe visit a couple, and go with who you feel comfortable with.

I'm about an hour south of ya. Let me know if I can help at all. And congrats on the Mach! Let's get some pics in the sticky, or ban!!! Kidding ofcourse.
