Default Is this transmission compatible?

I have a 2002 Mustang GT with a 4R70W Transmission that is dying, I found a 03 Mach 1 4R70W Transmission on ebay. And I thought auto Mach 1's came with the 4R75W not the 4R70W. I have searched around on the forums and some people say yes it is a direct swap and some say no. I emailed the guy and he said it is supposed to be a 4r70W from a 2003 Mach 1.So 2 questions, Is it a direct swap and did the 2003 Mach 1 come with a 4R70W? Here is the link..http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2003-...item2a0d8d4fce
Thank-you for your help.

"To handle the 4-valve’s power, the 4R70W automatic transmission is upgraded with a heavy-duty gear-set, auxiliary fluid cooler, and brazed 11.25-inch torque converter"

The only other things I can think of is that the gearing may be a little different and shiftpoints may need to be adjusted with a tuner. With some research on those points I think you can certainly make it work.
