Default Brake Pads and rotors...

Upon buying my recent Mach, i have noticed a chirping coming from the right side of my Mach, goes away upon braking. I am chalking it up to anti rattle clips being maladjusted.

Well, I can do the work myself but rather take it to the dealer to have them replace the anti rattle clips as well as install some Hawk Street Pads I just bought.

My question is, do the rotors need to be turned? I have read we have brembo vented rotors and they only need to be turned once in their life. It has 45K miles and no indication of warping. Should it be fine that the pads be installed and set properly on the rotors?

Also, the ball joints are popping as the vehicle is stationary while turning the steering wheel back and forth. Vehicle has been lowered, id say an 1 inch from Mach stock ride height, with 18x9 Cobra R rims. I dont know the springs that are on there.
Should OEM replacment balljoints they would install be ok or should I order Steeda X2 ball joints and just have them install them?

Thoughts? Thank you in advance.

Ordered new replacement Brembo rotors all around. Will see if this cures the problem.

Also ordered Ford part # 3K620 to replace the tubes in the steering and new rack bushings causing the popping noise.
