Default Mach 1 reputable tuners

Alright guys, I know of many reputable tuners for the S197 but when it comes to tuning a 4V, I'm out of the loop. I'm sure many of the guys I have come to trust do a fantastic job tuning Mach's but is there a "Go-To-Tuner" for Machs? With Roots style blowers, VMP's the place to be. Looking at Saleen, Brenspeeds your place. Staying N/A with a S197, Bama can hook you up. Where, if anywhere, is the place I HAVE to look for a 4V tune for the Mach. Looking to get 4.30s and a C&L in the near future. Might as well get this bad boy tuned. Thanks guys.

I never went to a tuner, felt more comfortable doing it myself, but I haven't seen a thread either here or on M1R where someone recommended a particular tuner because it was a 4V. Pretty much what I've always read was to just take it to a reputable tuner that knows their stuff. Maybe someone is a little better than another for all I know, just haven't seen feedback on it.

I'm sure a mail order tune from a reputable tuner would do just fine. I was just checking to see if anyone had the edge in this market for a reason. We'll see.

bakerjd,

We've tuned a bunch of 4v Mustangs in our day with lots of success. And when it comes to new edge 4v Mustangs, we really got it nailed, as well as 4v 5.0s. In fact, one of our AM/Bama testing vehicles was AMDanBailers 2004 Mach1. He went 12.4 @115mph with full bolt-ons, some suspension, Mickey Thompsons, and a Bama custom tune!

If you're interested, shoot him a PM and I'm sure he would love to tell you any details you want to know!

Haha yes, I figured for anyone reading along they may not be on both forums or have seen your post on Modded. This way anyone will be able to see my response and a few people possibly twice!

PM me if there's anything I can help with!

I'm with you man. I'll let you know what happens. Currently "negotiating" with my friends over at AM. Hopefully they can help out one of their most reliable customers (I'm assuming not many people spend $5-6K annually for several consecutive years there lol). Would love to get into some gears/tune for the Mach!

I know Kurgan tunes cobras and machs on a daily basis but I'm not sure if he does mail tunes or not. I'll ask next time I'm up there.

Btw still jelly of the mach, I've wanted a dsg mach forever lol.
