Default Tune or no tune

the guy Im purchasing a Mach 1 from said it has an aftermarket exhaust, k&n, and a performance chip. I can see the k&n, but for the exhaust and chip is there anyway I could see if he is correct, any visual confirmation to look for? and if there all there would that be enough to get a tune and it benefit the car?

I would ask to see what type of exhaust it is and then see if he'll show you where the chip is so you can see it. Other than that I dont really know what to say.

Look under the car. As far as the tune tell him to show you the receipt or dyno sheet. Ive been away from Machs for a while now but do they even use chips anymore? I think thats just for old school fox bodies.
