What oil should i run in my Mach 1

Hello new here, I just purchased a 2004 Mach 1 and was wondering what oil I should run in it.

..I think the manufacturer suggested weight is 5w20. Id go with motorcraft synthetic blend.

I use Valvoline full synthetic 5w20 w/ Lucas Oil heavy duty stabilizer. 5 plus 1.

I've always been happy with Mobil 1 full synthetic 5w20. Only one parts store near me carries amsoil, which I also like. Go synthetic and stick with it.
