most likely a pump but could be a number of things. not so common but ive seen plugged fuel lines, plugged fuel filter, blown fuses, etc. i would try to prime the pump by cycling the key a couple times and then grab a fuel disconnect tool and remove the line under the hood. if it kinda just dribbles out, you know you have a line, filter, pump issue. If it prays out with alot of pressure (be careful doing this by the way) then you know you have a different issue such as fuel rail, injectors..
