I'm looking at a Mustang GT for my son and found a Ford Dealer in Maryland that has a 2020 Mustang GT 5.0 and in the photos of the car it has on the side saying its a GT Shelby 55th year anniversary and on the passenger side dash it has 55th year anniversary. When I put in the vin 1FA6P8CF7L5105748 all it said is that its a GT Mustang. How can I tell if this is a real GT Shelby 55th year anniversary or just a GT with a sticker on the side and on the dash ??Also the car only has 13,314 miles on it and they only asking 37K for the car so is this a real GT Shelby 55th year anniversary or just a GT with a sticker on the side and on the dash ?? I don't want to buy a fake...

Agreed, if that is the same car it doesn't have any of the Shelby parts on it (you can get a "Shelby GT" which is an aftermarket conversion by Shelby American). The only thing this has on it is a side stripe that mentions "Shelby" - none of the other Shelby bits like the special hood or front fascia.

A factory Shelby I believe also has a Shelby dash placard that would be on the dash with relevant serial number information and maybe even a signature depending on what type of Shelby it is.
