Hello guys/gals.

Just want to introduce myself. My name is jay and I just traded in my 2011 6 speed manual camaro and came back home last night with a used 2011 5.0 california edition in grabber blue but in auto. I originally went in to get a 2013 stripped down GT, but the dealer couldn't locate anything that I could have gotten within a few days. If I wanted something fast than the price was going up and out of my budget. The dealer offered one that was sitting on the lot and I just couldn't pass up the deal! So now I feel like a little kid again and a noob LOL! Have so much to learn and plan out what I am going to do with the new girl.

I have a quick question for my marylander's. I just noticed while playing with the color combinations that my oil life monitoring system is at 7%!! I don't know how you guys do it but I never went pass 4k miles on my camaro which would leave me at around 50% oil life status. I also, ALWAYS do my own oil change. I just can't trust anyone to touch my car except for maybe a dealer. I would go outside now and get under the car and do my own oil change but the temperature right now is baking 100F!!

Does anyone know a place in anne arundel county that is open today(sunday) that I can trust to do a oil change on my GT?

Also, do you guys wait until it reach ZERO to do your oil change?

I have so many more questions so I guess is time to start searching and reading the forum.
