Default What is everyone up to as Irene Blows by?

Just wondering what everyone is doing to pass the time as Irene hits the state? Hurricane Parties? Movie Night At Home? Sleeping? Drinking? Eating?

I have decided to detail my rims, clay, cleaner wax, Adams Polish & Adams Buttery Wax. It will at least pass the time and then it should be nice & sunny on Monday to bring it out of the garage!

Looking forward to Laconia - less the 2 weeks away!!!

No garage here, I was straping down a tarp over my vert so that she'll live to see another day. I can just picture a tree limb slicing through the top! Tomorrow I plan on going to a bar in the harbor and watch the storm, if it gets to nasty out there I'll stay home and eat pizza and junk food. Life is good

Pretty much the same here. No garage, so the 'stang is under two quilts, with a car cover on top of those, and nylon straps over the car cover to keep it in place (hopefully). I have it nestled between the house on one side, and my company car on the other to try and block any large items caught by the wind from hitting it.

Will probably just throw movies on tomorrow (as long as I have power anyway)

Have no plans but to stay in and watch whats going on.

Stang is currently in a bay at my buddies station so its safe and sound. Hope nothing gets damaged for any of us along the coast.

About 2:20 am....still have power. I'm suprised, thought it would be out by now. Got my generator on stand by but things would be so much easier if the power stays on. Stay safe everyone.

Just watching the rain and wind starting to pick up and hoping no trees fall on my house. Also playing some games with my kids.
