Not much news with the Mustang as I'm still trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with the Alfa Romeo. I did install some LEDs for the license plate lamps. No pictures yet. I used these:

I also tried replacing the dome light bulbs with these LEDs but they are slightly too large in diameter to fit in the holes in the dome light housing.

I'm going to try another type instead, while the other ones will probably find their way into the Alfa once it's fixed.

I know most have their cars in hibernation but where is everyone? It seems kinda quiet here. No exciting thing to mention? I have had some work done on my '07 - new plugs, all fluids replaced, new front struts, rear shocks (Steeda) and rear lower control arms, all new bushings and then new sneakers (Michelin Pilot A/S). The '65 got a new ragtop, and a new interior, carpet, paint, door skins, dash pad etc so it is ready for the tip to Charlotte in April!!!

Mines just been hiding in the garage for 2 months so far. I plan to put in a Ford Racing short shifter, and new lower rear control arms come spring. I also have a stripe to put on, but I can't do it when it's cold, even in the garage.

Erich, I think a lot of the day to day/social stuff has sort of drifted over the the Mustangs of Massachusetts page on Facebook. Most of the members are on both.
Looking forward to hopefully hanging out with you in Charlotte

As for me, my Mustang was supposed to be under covers, but my Alfa Romeo 164 is down and out. So the Mustang is still out there in the salt, though I have been washing it often.
The Alfa suffered a bent rod:
I'm guessing it was due to hydrolock from a leaky injector. The originals are back in, as well as a new conrod and a crapload of parts, but the car's still not running right. I'm guessing it's a bad idle air control valve, so I have a new one ready to go in. If that works, then all that's left is to track down a coolant leak on the front of the engine that only occurs when the themostat opens (probably something my friend who did the rebuild and I forgot to tighten down). Major bummer because the Alfa ran like a peach before I installed the Volvo injectors. That's the last time I install used injectors.
