On a side note, did the insurance thing really matter? Since you were NOT at fault the other persons insurance would cover all the damage anyway. Thats how people in NH make out with their uninsured ****boxes and everytime they get hit they just get a check from the other insurance company.

Well, the lady that hit the truck was actually from NH, but yeah you're right, it's really a non-issue, but it was worth the $25 for the peace of mind not worrying about that aspect at all while I was stuck for an hour in the middle of the highway, plus if she had bumped me into the car in front, how would I actually have proved that I didn't hit him directly?
