I'm scheduled to get my LCAs installed tomorrow night. Thinking about returning to NED this coming weekend... BUT... Seems it's Bowtie Fanboy weekend...

I haven't been to the strip once this year, sucks leaving work at 4 and having to fight traffic home. I really would love to go next spring when it is warm so I can hopefully hook and see the results of all my work, last time I went I had just my intake tune and 4.10's

Got my LCAs installed today. Ditched the relocation brackets since the Steeda ones require welding. Most likely will be Friday night. Definitely not during GM weekend. Won't know for sure until Friday. You thinking of coming?

The LCAs seem to do well enough for keeping the hop down. Now the tires just really suck and spin way too easy. My first few runs were 13.2 to 13.8. Then the temps dropped quickly and the track got packed... and I did something dumb. Between runs I had to make a rest stop. Accidentally pulled onto a complete sandy area with the wheels hot. After that is was like I had studded snow tires. No matter how much I smoked the tires I couldn't get that crap off. Along with the temps and sandy tires I couldn't break 14s.

Sooo... until I get some decent drag tires, I'm not so sure it's worth going back. I'm shopping now, but I'm thinking of just waiting until spring so I don't have those tires sitting in the garage just taunting me all winter .
