Cool. $20 isn't bad, and I agree, I would do the same. The straight is also a bit easier to adjust when doing axle centering.

As far as the joints go, I respect Jim's opinion, but I (and actually most other fays2 owners I've spoken to) find oiling the outside of the rods ends beneficial to prevent corrosion. Just a spray with a light oil every couple months, and then wipe the excess off with a rag. Your call which way to go.

I prefer real world experience to theoretical, so I'm with you and your suggestion for a light spray and wipe! Thanks!

Just an update: I'll go $175 for a local MF member on the H&R rear sway. Really would prefer to sell it locally and avoid eBay shipping hassles.

Available until 7/15 at that price, then off to eBay.
