Default My 09 'Stang

I read a lot on this forum before I decided to buy my 'Stang a month or so ago. The deal was too good to pass up. Since I bought it I have tinted the windows, put in a whole new audio system, JLT CAI, SCT3 SF3 Custom Tune, and MagnaFlow Catback Exhaust. Today I put in DynaMat to reduce the rattling of the trunk area (12" subs) and I can honestly say it worked (about a 90% reduction in my opinion).

One I put on the CAI and tuned it, the car seemed sluggish and less responsive. At first I thought there was something wrong with the install or I messed the car up, but after reading a few posts on it I returned the tune to stock and re-did the custom tune. I really noticed the difference right away. Better pickup and gas mileage around town increased by 2-3 MPG easy. No real highway use to compare it to before hand. anyway, here are my pics, I hope you enjoy them. Down the road will be a body kit and rims/tires.

Joe

Nice car! You're really going to town on the mods but that's half the fun of owning a Mustang Keep up the good work... btw... I like the color!

+1 nice car . Your on the right track. Only suggestion is: Get some different rims though. Those are doing nothing

Very nice looking car and I like where you are going with your mods...I do agree about the wheels though.

Default Thanks

I appreciate the compliments.

I agree with the rims (HATE the stock ones), but I can't do anything about it right now. Finances are limited so they must wait! Also, I live down a dirt road and I am not spending a butt ton of money on rims/tires until I get off that road!

Nice to see a car almost the same as mine. I'm doing intake and exhaust soon too. Looks good.

keep the rims if you want that sleeper effect.

But I would look around for something more suited to the work you've done.

nice
