Default What's the deal on HIDs for stock headlights?

I just bought my 2006 Mustang V6. I was looking to do projector headlights, but after looking through a lot of threads from you guys, I decided not too because I read they didn't last long.

SO.. I decided to just simply go with some pure white 6000k's for both the headlights and fogs.
1) The mustang headlights look like they only have 1 light bulb, where as my old Altima had both a high and low bulb. My Altima had H1's... What does the mustang require, a H13??
2) If i get HIDs, does that mean that the highs would have to be HIDs too? I heard it isn't good to have HIDs in the high beams..
3) What brands do you guys like for HIDs. I was thinking XenTec's..

Thanks for all your help,
Tom
