Default 1966 mustang nitrous

Hey guys I have a 66 mustang, and I'm looking at putting nitrous in it. It has a 351w and I'm wanting to do a dry shot vs a wet, but I can't seem to find a plate that'll go under the carb for a dry shot. So can I only run a wet shot or can I just block off the port where the gasoline would come in with the nitrous...Any help would be appreciated

In a nutshell you need to add fuel along with the nitrous (in the proper ratio) so you don't lean out the mixture and melt down the motor. There is no practical way to add the extra fuel needed to a carb motor so you won't find any serious off the shelf dry systems. So short of adding fuel injectors to the intake the carb plate needs to be wet system - spraying both fuel & N2O.
Not sure if you have a hood scoop so keep in mind the plate will add height to the carb and with your set up I would expect air cleaner to hood clearance is ab issue with a stock hood. I've been away from the carb scene a long time but NOS used to use the thinnest plate you could get.
