going to be picking this up at 5:00PM EST (17:00) super excited, so excited in fact that I have already changed out the stock shifter with something I picked up for another car (it didn't work correctly) and did it in the dealers lot yesterday! couldn't even wait to get it home and its already getting modded!!!

I thought the 40th anni v6 was a 3.9 instead of the 3.8

nope this is a 3.8L engine V6 (sais it right on the rad support, ill post the pic)

Thanks for the picture on the 3.8. I googled it and found out they switched to the 3.9 in mid year of 2004

yup yup, they did, mine is the earlier gen stang for the 2004
