So I was going to start taking all the suspension off in preparation for all the new parts coming in....This thing was filthy! I ended up pulling the air intake and cleaning up the engine bay. Then I decided to go ahead and clean the car up a bit as well. Next week I'll start pulling all the stock suspension off. Here's a few pictures.

Looks much better

I'll clean the wheel wells once I pull everything out

Underside and interior isn't to bad, but it will get cleaned as well

Tis a shame the dealer sold it to you with such a dirty filter.

That tells me their trade-in inspection process is crap, and they just don't care.

Step one complete: Remove stock suspension.

Step two: Detail and clean the underside of the car as well as the stock suspension even though I'm not keeping it.

Hoping my new setup arrive this weekend. As for plans, right now it suspension, wheels and a couple aesthetic upgrades. Then the saving starts for a SC upgrade, would like to make 800RWHP, but I think high 700s is more likely. I'll take it to the track to get some times, but really want an awesome street car.

Today I continued to prep the car. The first photo will give you an idea of how filthy the car was. I gave the underside a quick wipe down, but I'm going to go back over it the next few days while I wait for parts. I also ordered an axleback and pulled the stock off. Here's the parts list so far:
Koni Yellows
Ground Control CC Plates
BMR Performance Springs, Panhard, LCAs and ReLo Brackets, UCA with Mount
JLT Oil Separator
HRE Liquid Silver FF01s 20x9.5 and 20x10.5
Corsa Sport Axleback

nothing like buying a car, driving it home and immediately tearing it apart. Only to have 65* weather the next day.

Gonna be sweet when you get it back on the ground! Wish we were closer...that last 10 minutes...

What is the stock gear ratio on the rear?

Not planning on 1 piece driveshaft this time?

The SVTPP comes with 3.73s and I'm planning on a one piece DS. It's just not what's going to be next. I want a one piece, but I also want an MGW. I'm also planning for a SC upgrade, JLT, LTs and a tune.....LOL.....The order of merit is just not easy to decide.

.
800 + can be reliable with a built bottom end, mid to upper 700's on stock internals.
