What does this mean ?

Can someone please help me with this problem coolant is leaking from the bolt ? Is it a serious problem ?

Start the car and let it idle and put some newspapers under it and see if anything drips.

If nothing drips I wouldn't worry about it.

How about a little more information. Hard to tell anything with that close up picture of the spot.

What year, what engine for example
