Other than their rear sway bar link snapping on me due to poor welding from their party and them denying warranty coverage because they since updated their linkage, not too shabby. Not a good way to keep a happy customer though. Other than that, I like the "performance aspect".
Steedas customer service is not that great in my books. All they could offer me was 10 percent off to replace their "outdated" part.

if you didnt, you should have told them that they shouldnt have sold you an obsolete product. i would have checked their website for any disclaimers concerning warranty information... a lot of places, will say somewhere on their site "money back guarantee" and some continue to state "on all products sold" or whatever. im sure you could possibly find something to catch them biting their own tongue, and get your money back.
