Default 2000 GT with a hood scoop?

Slapped this hood scoop on my 2000 since it just did not look right without one. Since I couldn't find laser red in an aerosol can I went with gloss black, wet sanded and got it looking decent before putting it on. I guess it works cause the car's loaded with black stuff already. Let me know whatcha think.

i personally think it looks so much better with that hood scoop! I think it worked out great that you couldn't get any laser red, looks best in black

the black stripe makes it work. Kinda looks like a mach 1 scoop. Tip of the hat to you for painting it yourself instead of taking it somewhere.

I think it looks great in black. Looks almost like a mach 1 scoop from the front.

Thank you very much for the nice comments!

I somewhat followed this installation guide:
http://www.mustangevolution.com/articles/2009231/

And yeah painting is a pain in the ass but it's cool to be able to say you did stuff yourself. Also be careful with clearcoat, it can ruin your day!
