Red face Widebody S197 Mustang

Hello to all...

Just starting my own thread I guess....
This is how car looked like when I bought it:

I am building a fast show car, so I went with APR Performance widebody kit. It has been finally painted like 2 weeks ago:

Motor is still not in the car so that is why it sits so high...

So to sum up, exterior wise this is what I have done to it:
- APR Performance widebody kit
- SHR louvers (which were painted completely matt black by accident, so they are not functional )
- Matte Black paint job
- Seibon SSII style CF hood
- Seibon OEM style CF trunk (painted)
- LED tail lights painted matt eblack (not in the picture)
- OEM style headlights with Halo ring painted matte black (car will not be driven in night time, otherwise it would be a nightmare and i am not that stupid ) (not in the picture)
- Fog lights with halo ring painted matte black (not in the picture)
- All other lightning also painted matte black (3rd brake light, turn signals, etc.)
- Eleanor style front grill
- Wheels

And I have a set of lights unpainted as well so if ever decide to drive it at night, I can always swap them.

Not sure on wheels yet, for show purpose I am thinking about sticking with 20" Nutek 505s (the wheels on the car right now are 22" and they are overboard, did go in the wrong directing the first time ). I am trying to stick with something lightweight, so Nutek is a forged 3 piece wheel and the owner of the company used to own HRE Wheels (the company) so I was told that quality is really high.
So this is the wheel I am talking about:

I want to go Matte Black center with Gloss Black lip... it is hard to tell how it will turn out at the end, hopefully it will look good...
For drag setup, sticking with Welds.

Wow sickening... can I ask how much the BK, installation and paint cost you? Are you doing the work yourself?

A ducktail spoiler would probably look sick on there too.

thank you guys.. i am also looking forward to see this thing completely done but i was told that performance part of this will not be done till late spring due to building custom turbo setup and all that

TheB1GDude, no i had body shop do the work on the car and they spend 130 hours just to make body kit fit so that part alone cost me a little over $7k (they charge $55/hour)
paint job itself was $6500 (paint supplies were $2300). so not cheap at all but i know i could of done it cheaper probably going with different shop and all that, but i wanted best of the best working on my car (and in our area this is a best shop around). And the body kit itself was $4k from APR.

1ATony, yeah it might, i don't know for sure, but i kind of like the way it is right now...
