Car show etiquette question
I bought a 2010 GT last fall and would like to take it to a couple of car shows this summer. There's one this weekend that describes classic cars and sports cars (i.e. not Mustang specific)
Is it generally frowned upon to take a car such as mine to a show since it is A) not yet a classic and B) not a Roush, GT500, or other specialty make? I'm proud of the car and enjoy seeing just about any year Mustangs at car shows, but am just curious what the consensus is.

I doubt you'll get a "consensus" on you your question. I'm sure some promoters/promotion groups/clubs wouldn't mind having a late model car in their "classic car" show. I'm equally sure there are quite a few who would mind.
Is their someone you could ask before the show?

Is there a class for your car? If so, there shouldn't be a problem. Usually if they mind, they exclude what they don't want in regards to a class. If you're still unsure, there should be contact information for the show. So use that and find out.
