Question 1st Car Show!!

So, my wife's company is having their 1st car show, and it'll be my first time entering. Aside from detailing my Baby inside and out, what else do I need to do, or need to know?

Help a brother out!

Make sure the inner parts of the wheels are dirt free, I take off points when I don't see someone clean their wheels properly. But then again if its a people choice show its a ****ing beauty contest whoever has the most visual mods will win out over anything else.

So if your looking to win 1st place shows, side and rear window louvers, stripes etc etc.

Good to know! In this case, it's just a chance to show off a pretty car, and hang out with like-minded folks. No prizes involved.

Still, my car will look like a million bucks, regardless.

Clean, clean and clean some more. Inside and out. Including the engine bay. If you go to a judged show in the future don't forget the door jambs and hinges.

How do you reach up into some of those little places? Past the hinges, up by the wheel well? I see dirt but I can't get to it. I'll be doing my first show in a couple of weeks and would at least like to look respectable.

I agree every little crevice needs to be clean! Invest in some tooth brushes they work great for door jams. Love the blue!

Oh dont forget your trunk hinges and crevice all the way around it!

Totally agree with everyone else. Just so know, once you go to a car show you will be totally hooked! While you're there I would also walk around and check out the other guys (gals) cars there and maybe get a couple pointers.
