Default What a way to start the day!

Hit a deer on the way into work this morning. Doing 70 and never saw it till it ripped my hood off. It bent the strut tower and pushed the whole front end over. It pushed the passenger side fender back far enough it dented the a pillar. Just waiting to see if there is enough damage to total the car out. If not maybe I can get the Eleanor front end I have been wanting. Tomorrow is going to be a long day waiting on that phone call.

I always hate seeing deer hits, I would be surprised if it's a total though. A good body shop will have no problem making it as good as new.

Well it does look like they are going to fix it. 13k in damages. 3k away from being totaled. At least now I can put the Eleanor front end on it. It will look better than it did.

Damn that deer got you good.
Glad you're okay!
Be sure to post up pics when you get it all fixed up.

Finally got it back and it looks really good. I'm glad I spent the extra money to upgrade.

Looks great, I didn't think they'd have trouble fixing the damage.
