Default Introducing my new 2013 Mustang GT

Hey guys and gals, so about a month ago now I traded in my 06' Mustang GT auto for a 2013 Mustang GT 6 speed. I liked my 06' but I didn't have it even a year before I got bored with the power and the auto. So I knew I wanted a Stick. I looked at going with maybe a Challenger R/T, GTO, G8, and several other cars. But nothing really stood out to me and was more expensive than I really wanted to pay.

So I started looking at Mustangs again, and that is when I saw this car. I had seen it but I thought I would just keep looking to see if there was anything else out there. But I kept coming back and looking at this car over and over and I knew I had to have it. A week later I managed to get the car for a pretty darn good price I think.

It is was a one owner car and it was actually the dealerships owners car so I got to find out pretty much everything with the car. It just crossed over 11k miles. He installed an off road X pipe and he said it has flowmaster outlaw mufflers but they look like the hushpower mufflers. It also has a CAI and a Ghost cam tune by John lund. The car has the Brembo brake package as well. I also got all of the stock exhaust, intake, tuner, and 2 oil catch cans.

Here are some pics that I finally managed to get around to taking

Yea, I love the Challengers but I have driven my Parents R/T and it is a big girl lol. I like having a halfway light car. As far as the GTO goes, heck even when you go to the forums and ask about them people try to turn you away from them. I have driven one and it is a rocket, but I don't want to be apart of a forum that is full of jerks. So I stuck with the the mustang which hasn't lead me astray yet and I haven't regretted it at all.

I have big plans for her, I need some new tires so I will be replacing wheels at the same time hopefully next month. I'm thinking either forgstar wheels or Niche wheels. Next will be getting the exhaust sorted out and get rid of the monster truck status by lowering it. I need to put the stock mid pipe on, and I'm going to be getting some Borla Stingers. Then I plan on doing a black mamba hood, GT500 style grille, either the roush lower grille delete or just the regular roush lower grille as well as the front, side and rear splitters as well as roush fog lights. I would like to do kind of a black and carbon fiber theme, so like maybe do carbon fiber splitters, hood vents, and things like that just to help brake up the black without going to something like stripes.

That should just about do it visually. As for as performance stuff goes, I plan on at some point doing a ford racing/whipple supercharger, upper and lower rear control arms, watt's link, barton short shifter with the 2 post bracket.

I'm sure other stuff will pop up, but that should be pretty much it. I'm looking for a good street able car with usable power. I don't want something that is 800HP and dominates on the track but is a paint to drive on the street. So I'm shooting for about 550ish HP. I think that is more than enough so that I won't lose any light to light races lol. But this is a daily driver so it needs to be halfway comfortable and drive good.
