    You remove the seat, the connector then comes apart by removing the hold in section in the middle (you can see how they come apart or the service manual shows how also). You can then remove the wires one by one and reset them into the other plug which you will of already removed this way. Otherwise, you can switch the bottoms. I did that because I put leather on anyways, so it was easier to just switch bottoms. I wanted power pass. seats anyways. The bolts are a real sob to get to, so without removing the seat covers, its a bear to do. I'd just remove the covers, takes only a few minutes for the bottoms then switch the metal parts. Also, if your seat has the air bag in the side then just unclip the wire connector at where the back and bottom join, so the side air bag isn't being read by the module.
