    Ford Ranger.

I have a 2002 Ford Ranger with a 3.0 V6. It has 52,000 original miles and I got the bad news a few weeks ago that I have issues with my heads. Disappointing as this news is to me it gave more reason to start a project with this.

I have seen many people but a bigger engine into these Rangers and this is my goal now. I want to drop a 5.0 Mustang engine into my Ranger from a downer Mustang. I am in the market of buying a salvage Mustang and I will use the engine trans and rear end on the Mustang to apply this to my Ranger.

I am asking all you hard Ford guys out there for some guidance. If anyone has used or has had luck with a performance shop or a mechanic I would love to get there name and number. I am willing to travel in Texas to get this accomplished.

    I live in Houston Texas.
