why can't I post any threads??

I can't view pictures, just the thumbnails. When I click on any picture I get this:

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I'm looking around in the classifieds cause there's some stuff I may want to buy but I can't open any pictures when they're attached...a bulletin comes out saying I don't have sufficient privileges...do I have to wait longer as a memeber? thanks
