Mike's 68 Coupe
I first bought this car in February 09, and will be making improvements along the way. After pulling the engine and running all the codes, we've confirmed that it's a numbers matching car with the original interior (red) with the outside color as Wimbledon White. 65AM2D21B41218F01C160763.

Candy apple red rally stripes were added along the way. Here's what we've done so far:

Rebuilt original 3 speed transmission
Replaced all wiring for turn signals/brakelights
Retro stereo install with new antenna
New Speaker deck and speakers in rear
Kickpanel with 2 new speakers up front
40k Flame thrower chrome coil
Pertronix Ignitor Electronic Ignition
Replaced rollers and regulators on all windows
Dual Flowmaster Series 40s with chrome tips
Replaced rear suspension (h/d springs, Sensitrac shocks)
Edelbrock Performer Plus manifold, aluminum heads
Aluminum valve covers
Harland Sharp aluminum rocker full rollers 1.6 ratio
Edelbrock Performer 4bbl Carburetor
New Sanden a/c compressor
Replaced/updated all a/c parts from firewall forward to accommodate r134a refrigerant (this is a factory in-dash a/c car)
24" Aluminum Radiator
Replaced fuel pump


The next big job will be replacing battery tray setup, and fixing non-working gauges.
