Hey guys, I specifically made this account just to post this: My dad is selling our 99 SVT Cobra on Ebay right now and he told me today that a guy in Toledo wants to pay $13500 for it in cash. The reason I'm posting this is because I think we're being sold short, the car doesnt even have 17000 miles on it. Idk any of you guys and I'm not trying to come in here and solicit, but if you guys could pass the word on about this I'd be greatly appreciated! Besides the car just sits in the garage and it is a beautiful machine that would be better off in someone else's hand!

Old guy from the Zoo here (Kalamazoo). 15 year old brain in a 69 year old body.
Born in Detroit, moved to this area in 1949. I was eight. Graduated 1959 and then Air Force. Started in computer maintaince when an 8K machine filled a large (20x20) room and a disk was 6 feet across and weighed 275 lbs and battery backpack cell phones were only in science fiction Stayed in that field untill 6 years ago when I retired. You can only imagine what changes I`ve seen.

I shoot pistols in steel and USPSA compitition ( both have many you-tube videos) and Grandma and I cruise in the stang. I hope to get to Lapeer later this summer when some of you are going to be there and will make a few runs at Martin. Not going to do a lot of racing but hey, it is fun!

I am on the other side of town which means about 20 minutes away. Just big enough to have most of what you want without the big feel. I`ve lived in Chicago, New York and L.A. and here I am. I live just outside the city limits but you could still say I am near WMU.

I live in the Quincy/Coldwater area. I've been here most all my life (30yrs). I hate the winters but love the summers on the Coldwater chain of lakes. We have a jet boat so we head to the sand bars quite often. Got the Mustang so the boat stuff may slow just a bit to keep it interesting.

I drive truck for a living and average 2000+ miles per week. I was in Port Gratiot, Clare, Petoskey a few weeks ago... I'm in Lapeer every week as well as Mt Pleasant, Mason, Lansing, Imlay City, Romulus, Livonia, ect ect... you get the picture

Anyway, hope to meet a few (at least) of you in person this summer, I'll be the grey bearded old guy driving the vista blue pony !

Hey everyone, I'm in Westland, about 15 minutes west of Detroit. I've been registered on the site for a while, but have been inactive. I used to own a beater white '95 GT auto, but I sold it a couple months ago. I now have a black '98 GT 5-speed, just picked it up a couple weeks ago. It's bone stock right now, but the immediate plans for it are:

-Mach 1 lip (already ordered and on the way)

-Tint (15% on the rears, 35% on the front sides)

-Wheels (I have a set of '99 Cobra wheels I'm going to have powdercoated gloss black, but later on I want to pick up a set of black Saleen wheels)

-Lower it (I'm thinking Bilstein shocks/struts, haven't decided on springs yet)

-4:10's
