grew up in west detroit (redford). moved to missouri about 12 yrs ago, huge mistake. last week i packed up everything and moved to traverse city to be closer to family. my sister is putting me up for a while till i can find a job and place to stay. feels great to be back in mich but this is a tough road i`m on hoping i can make it work. i have a small online business selling mustang armrest covers, ebrake covers and shift boots, it will help a little. go tigers!!!

Hey All! New to the forum, just "inherited" my sons 2003 v6. I'm from the Downriver area, south of Detroit. not sure how this happened, but my son just had a baby and seeing how the Stang is not conducive to car seats, he is driving my 2011 Impala and I have his mustang. So of course, what do most middle aged me do? Fix up the car and have fun with it! lol I replaced his blown up 6 last year with a 44k replacement. Body has 218,000 miles! So I'm going piece by piece and fixing her up. I've been having a lot of fun with her so far! Repainted the entire interior, getting new seats, and making sure she is good and sound as a daily driver. After that, then the fun starts with mods! I'll keep ya posted!
