i picked up a set of the 2010 style projector smoked /black for my 2007 gt
and was wondering how they would act with hids in them replacing the h9 bulbs they came with the projectos seem to keep them well in aimed compairing one with the h9 bulb to one with the 35 watt hid 8000k kit .
{i wanted 600k but forgot to say it so they sent 800k bulbs}
using my temp gun shooting up the light beam the running temps are as follow the h9 bulbs run about 400 and the hids run 175 degrees so far so good this is an bench test for now the projectors have an shutter in side to switch from hi to low beam.. just an fyi.. i hope this helps someone i looked and found no help in this area so i posted this for all to see .http://www.americanmuscle.com/2010-h...oked-0509.html
