Just like to say hi to everybody and sorry if i'm in the wrong section. could not find a canadian section so i figure michigan is as close to home as i get.
now the reason i joined the forums was for a bit of advice or knowledge from some forum members, because ive been callling around to wheel shops and what not and i keep getting different answers on regarding specs for my set up. basically i bought a 4 lug to 5 lug kit ssbc, and have been trying to figure out what is my highest offset before i run into fenders problems. i figure i can go 17x8 on the front and a 17x9 on the back but the offset is the thing that is killing me. if anybody has any knowledge or advice on the matter would greatly appreciate it. from a frustrated mustang owner.

Hey man, and welcome to the forums.

I'll try to help you out as much as I can, I dont think that a lot of people check the section very often, as long as I've been a member on here I just recently noticed it a couple weeks ago.

Here are a couple quick articles I came up with when googl'ing "1987 mustang wheel offset"

I am not an expert on the foxbody stang, you should try posting a new thread in the modular 5.0 section of these forums. Here is a link:

Welcome - where in Ontario are you located? I am in Port Huron, right across from Sarnia
