I might be in for Milan - Bob, John and I were talking about going to Lapeer or Ubly, but we could do Milan if that is where a group will be heading.

I don't know from which parts of Michigan you guys are from, but Milan might be quite a drive for y'all.

I've got some people off the forums that I know that are going to Milan.

You guys ever been to US131? I'd like to go there some day. Maybe we could schedule a track day there in the future.

US131 is a great track - quite a drive from SE Michigan but worth it. I wouldn't mind a track day there sometime.

We decided that this Saturday John (Scrming with his new Camaro), Bob (from Mustang Collective) and I are going to try out the "new" Ubly Dragway rather than Milan. It isn't quite as crowded so we should be able to get some good passes in and see how they improved the track.

Sounds good. If you guys end up happy with your results there, that will be another track that I should go to.

99 - Are you planning on going still this weekend? I told the girl I'm going and she's being dragged along so I'm good as long as the weather is good.

Yeah, so long as the weather permits.

They predict scattered thunderstorms on that day with a high of 83. We'll see what they say in a few days.

No clue. I went to the Test n Tune last night and on the way home the trans started becoming harder and harder to shift. Eventually it locked up completely - can't put it in or take it out of any gear when the car is turned on. Gonna start taking it apart I guess. *shrug*

I should've seen something coming...I got 3 runs in yesterday...all 13.8 at 100 (100.64, 100.67, and 100.96) and I normally trap at least 104 but lately been 107-108. All 3 were really good, I thought. I only picked up 4-5mph between the 1000' and 1/4 readings when I normally pick up between 12-14. I dunno.
