I bought a 289 and c4 im going to put into a mustang shell eventually after i rebuild. The engine is incomplete. It is missing all accessories(alternator, ac, power steering) valve covers, air intake, carburetor, distributor, headers, and of course and probably my biggest concern, vacuum and coolant hoses and fuel lines(i dont know where they go). In fact i don't know where anything goes. Any pictures of complete engines, diagrams, and explanations would be helpful. thanks

As you are revamping the things for better results, but the results are not in favor of you. From my point of view revamping of any things needs money and time as well, which is not feasible for everyone.
