Hey I am in the process of swapping my 5.0 302 from my 87 foxbody to my new body i just bought which is a 98 gt. I have the original wiring harness for the 98 still set up in the body. I am trying to find out if the wiring harness will work and fit correctly with the fuel injectors in my 302.

Does anyone have any input on this subject? Any more problems I could run into with the 98 harness and the older 87 302?

You need the harness and computer from the '87. You'll need to account for all the electronics the '98 has that the '87 doesn't.
It's going to be a major pain to get it working.

May I ask why you are swapping? Is it a built 302?

Just run a carb IMO, get a holley blue pump, get an an coupler fuel hat from lethal performance, few feet of an line to the carb, and be done.

^ This, those engines are similar in that they are both internal combustion engines. Everything else is different. IOW nothing you have will work.
