The drivetrain in the 94 will fit into the 90 with no problem you may need motor mounts I'm not sure if they're different. Switching to a tubular K-member though not a necessity will give you a ton of room. As far as the rear I am not 100% on that but I'm almost positive it will fit as long as it is an 8.8.

The rear end will fit, but it is about 3/4 wider per side. That will limit you I believe to an 8 inch wheel, but there are ways around that as well, as the housings are the same just the axles are longer in the 94. The advantage is rear disc, and 5 lug to be able to run newer wheels. You can also use the front spindles and hubs to convert the front to five lug, and get better front disc brakes. I just converted my 90 4 cyl a few weeks ago so let me know if you want more info on the swap. It is pretty easy if you have the correct info when you start. I have already done all research if you need help. To run the rear disc brakes, you will need to swap over the 94 master cylinder and proportioning valve for them to work.
