question about the 4.6 3v and 4.6 2v

question about the 4.6 3v and 4.6 2v

I have been wanting to find a 4.6 3v that has been blown up but can't seem to find one. I have came across tons of 2 valves. Does a 2v have the same intake ports and injection ports as a 3v?

I do not believe so. they made head and intake changes to the 3v.
