can you put the 2011 v6 engine into a 2010 mustang?

yeah, if you literally swap in the entire driveline and wiring.

Plus you have to do something about the power steering. 2010 uses regular power steering pump, on the 2011 it is electric and no pump so you have to work around that. The PCM connects up differently and controls things that the 2010 doesn't have so that is another thing to figure out how to make the swap.

it would probably be easier and cheaper to trade in a 2010 for a 2011-2012.
