04 4.6 into a 1996 mustang, will it work?
I am in need of some help here. I'm planning on putting a new engine into my 96. I found a rebuilt 04 4.6 for cheap and I was wondering if it was a simple swap or not. Thanks guys.

Well I just swapped a 97 into my 02. Other than working out some kinks i think all is going well. I blew my old motor and need transportation. So I just took what I could get for cheap.
Some of the clips on the harness could be different though. So keep an eye on your clips as to which ones will work and which wont.
