Ok so i was looking at just putting another 2v 4.6 back into my 96 gt, although my friend has offered to sell me his cobra that he was about to sell as a parts car. I am wondering how difficult it would be to swap the 4v and tranny into my GT. i would like to know if i needed to do any mods or if i need to buy any little odds and ends or would i have everything i needed by pulling it off the cobra my friend is selling me. I would just drive the cobra but the body is shot and my gt has a perfect body so i figured why not just swap the engine and tranny due to the fact that my 2v 4.6 is just about done. any advice would help, i keep reading alot of conflicting things on forums so please only reply if you are actually familar with a swap like this, i don't need anyone pointing me in the wrong direction.
