Starting off by saying you refuse to discuess certain parts, then opening the door to talk about it is a joke. If you don't want it talked about, don't post on a forum where we talk about it.

To avoid clogging the thread with meaningless crap and to save everyone some time, here's a list of some of the things I won't discuss:

0) EPA ramifications
I want to touch this point from your first post. Your location is listed in Texas. Aside from the Federal EPA guidelines for street legal purposes (that this will be in violation of), you will also be dealing with Texas State Inspection. This set up will not pass legally. Ergo, your goal of having a street car is already tossed out the window.

Or you just want the attention of being the cool law breaker who likes to waste money and not take advice.

Waterjet cut MMM. I have one of those FYI for anyone looking for custom parts that they can't get anywhere else. To polish the edges, take a 120 grit flapper wheel on a side grinder to it then start polishing. That grain you see is the jet lag, it travels in the opposite direction of the cut as the water stream lags while cutting. I just took a piece of 3" thick 316L off the table a few days ago. I love seeing fresh waterjet cut parts, it's like **** for me. Careful you don't blow through the sidewall of those two bolt holes that are super close to the perimeter of the part though.

So your reply to already not meeting your own goals before you start is you won't talk about it. Sounds like putting your head in the sand to avoid problems. It won't work.
To me that seems like you haven't fully thought this through.

How will you be driving this on the street? Illegally with no inspection? Paying of a state employee to get an inspection sticker illegally? Without a legal inspection in Texas you can't have legal plates. So this will be the definition of an illegal car on the street.

Good luck.
