Default Can anyone identify this motor?

Sorry guys but I am not familiar at all with mustang builds or any automotive builds in general and was hoping to seek this forums ever eternal wisdom. The story is I have recently graduated college and would like to buy my brother his first car. I found this person on craigslist advertising a 2002 mustang GT for sale, but the motor doesn't look stock. Any help identifying this drop in motor would be much appreciated thanks! Sorry in advance if it is in the wrong section or if the answer is to obvious!

Looks like a 2v PI 4.6...stock-type motor. Could have replaced original motor with a reman.
