need a website or someones personal experience on the wiring

My personal experience is that I got my hands on a used 5.0L harness and decided I had neither the time nor desire to tinker with it. I got an aftermarket harness that makes install in an early Mustang (without the smog provisions) a snap.

but do you have to take out the dash wiring for the install cause i know painless makes a kit i just didnt know about under the dash thanks for the help

if you decide to go the Fox harness route, then you end up splicing into the factory harness in several locations. Things like water temp and oil pressure wires are in the fox harness as well as the basic car harness.
