removing engine

I'm removing the Engine in my 76 stang, Can I pull just out the motor or do I have to pull the tranny with it, its a Manual transmission, Any help would be nice Thanks Micah

you can pull the motor by itself, i'd pull the radiator to give you some room and to make sure you dont accidentally smash the water pump into it when your pulling the motor forwards
