Mustang 2 - Inner Tie Rod replacement

Hi Guys......wanting to re&re inner tie rods on my Mustang 2 power rack. What is the procedure ? Do I just drill out small pins, and screw end off hydraulic cylinder ?? or ???. When reinstalling, do I use locktite on threads ?
Any tips appreciated
